Cancellation

We accept free cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

If for any reason you wish to return your Nisplay, you may return it to us in “like-new” condition within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Damages to the machine that require repair will be done at the customer's expense in addition to the restocking fee.

Notes

Custom-order or personalized items or gift cards cannot be returned.

If the machine received is damaged or not functioning, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nisplayoutdoors@gmail.com.
